Guide for Visitors to Eaton Golf Club

Play Safe                                                                              wef 24th September 2020

Prior to play

  • Players not to arrive earlier than 40 minutes before their tee time
  • Players to get ready for play in the car park
  • Players to make their way to the 1st Tee 20 minutes before their start time
  • Please observe the one-way system
  • One tee start from the 1st tee, access via left hand arch, all players to report Professional’s Shop (face coverings required)
  • Restricted changing room facilities, access to toilets only
  • Putting green will be open (maximum of 8 players at any one time)

On the course

  • All rakes have been removed from bunkers. Local Rule applies
  • All ball washers are out of use and have been covered up
  • All benches have been removed
  • Hole liner has been inserted to prevent the ball falling below putting surface
  • Practice nets are available to warm up
  • Flag sticks to be left in, players must not touch them
  • Practice area is closed
  • Players to be reminded of the Social distancing rules at all times
  • Players to be reminded not to touch stray golf balls
  • Bunkers, local rule in operation (preferred lies within 6” and no nearer the hole)
  • Players to smooth sand in bunkers with foot or club

After play

  • The Club House is open with entry only through the main door
  • Face coverings are required in all public areas, including the patio, until seated
  • On entry please check in via the NHS app (QR codes are displayed at the entrance)
  • Table service only and a maximum of 6 to be seated at a table (inside and outside)
  • You must not join up with other groups (the Rule of 6 applies)

We operate a 1m plus policy so please observe the Social distancing rules at all times both on and off the course
